Baked snapper with pepper and onions

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F

* Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onion, cook until tender about 10 min

* Step 3

Add mushrooms, wine, and thyme and cook for 3 min

* Step 4

Place fillets in a greased baking dish, folding under narrow ends. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper

* Step 5

Spoon vegetable mixture over fish. Bake 15 to 18 min until fish is opaque throughout
