Chicken Apple Burger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray and place over medium heat

* Step 2

Add apple and onions. Cook until soft (about 5 minutes), stirring often

* Step 3

Place mixture in a medium bowl and add chicken. Combine with a spoon, then divide into two patties.

* Step 4

Place the skillet over low heat and add oil. Place patties in skillet and cook 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked

* Step 5

Place on buns with cucumber slices and yogurt
