# Global cookpad games 2024, vegetable & fruits ( cucumber), tanzanian fresh garden salad is special designed to serve with local tanzanian grilled chicken mainly made at home, you will not find on any local restaurants only the salad you find in restaurants are tanzanian kachumbari salad and many other different type of salads, but not this one. Course: side dish, salad, Cuisine: Tanzanian, Diet: vegetarian, nutrition value: cucumber contains: vitamins B and C, minerals: copper, phosphorus, potassium and etc, Dill contains: rich in antioxidants and chives contains: vitamin K, folate.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel cucumber and cut into juliennes, cut tomato into half and remove pulp out, cut into juliennes, peel and cut onion into slices, chopped finely dill & chives, cut scotch chilli and remove seeds out, mix all together and keep aside till serving time.

* Step 2

In a bowl add apple cider vinegar, paprika powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, herbal seasoning mix, mix it well, in the time of serving add dressing and mix well, serve immediately.

* Step 3

Serve with tanzanian local grilled chicken.Note & tips: you can also add 2 tbsp parsley if desired, I add plenty of fresh herbs in my salads, according to the salad taste, but use what ever you have on hand or prefer.
