Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the guava fruit in half, cut off the ends and peel them, discard the skin,cut into small pieces, add the pineapple juice 🍍/ water πŸ’¦ and ginger 🫚 to the blender.

* Step 2

Add the guava fruit pieces and blend until smooth, then pour through a fine mesh strainer, stir in the lime juice πŸ‹, sugar and vanilla extract mix well

* Step 3

Pour in the serving glasses and serve, if desired add few ice cubes.
