Betel leaves, rose mocktail

#loveatfirstbite, it is a refreshing cool drink with amazing betel leaves flavor, betel leaf is good for digestion, it may have anti cancer and the red colour of the drink was so beautiful, it was so delicious, tasty and my friends loved it so much, that it was finished in mins Course : drink, Cuisine: indian, nutrition value: vitamin C, calcium, potassium

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Note: the best substitute for rose petal jam with rose syrup and I used rose syrup in my recipe, the flavor differs slightly, but the rose syrup is an excellent alternative.

* Step 2

Wash betel leaves ☘️, mint leaves 🌱 and pat dry them, chop betel leaves ☘️, add in blender jar, add mint leaves 🌱, lemon juice πŸ‹, a pinch of black salt, sugar,rose water and glass of chilled waterπŸ’¦ blend it, add rose syrup and blend it again.

* Step 3

In a serving glass, add ice cubes, add blended juice on top of ice cubes and finally chilled sprite on top and serve immediately
