Raspberries cookies πŸͺ

#Halloween, raspberries cookies are easy, delicious and tasty, treat for kids, they are soft and chewy and they can be made with using fresh or frozen raspberries. Course : dessert, Cuisine: American, Diet: vegetarian, nutrition value: vitamins A,C,D,E, low in calories, high in fiber

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180Β°c and line with baking trays with parchment paper, keep aside.

* Step 2

In a medium bowl πŸ₯£, combine plain flour, salt and baking powder mix and keep aside, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy or beat for 2 mins, add eggπŸ₯š, vanilla extract, mix until combined. Mix in the dry ingredients and fold gently (do not over mix) add few drops of green food colour or white chocolate chips and fold in

* Step 3

Gently add chopped raspberries πŸ’(be careful not to squish them too much into the dough), take 1-11/2 tbsp sized balls of dough and flatten them little, arrange them on the baking tray, bake for 9 mins, the edges will be golden brown, remove from the oven.

* Step 4

Let the cookies πŸͺ cool on the baking tray for 10 mins, then transfer them to wire rack to cool completely. Serve with hot β˜•πŸ«–
