These healthy fresh fruits lollies/popsicles are delicious, refreshing treat for hot weather, particularly a wonderful healthy summer treat. Cuisine: American. Course: snack. Diet: vegetarian, gluten free. Nutrients value: vitamin A,C,E,K. Minerals: fiber, potassium, calcium & copper.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean mango πŸ₯­, oranges,plum, pat dry on kitchen towel, peel and cut fruits into small cubes, remove seeds from oranges 🍊, watermelon πŸ‰ and plum πŸ’ cut into small cubes and keep aside.

* Step 2

In a clean blender add pomegranate juice, cubes of watermelon πŸ‰, oranges 🍊, mango πŸ₯­, plum πŸ’, sugar and blend until smooth, remove and sieve, pour fruit mixture into lollies/ popsicle molds, tap the molds lightly on a surface to get rid of air bubbles.

* Step 3

Freeze for at least 10 hrs or until fully set.
