A simple vegetable cheesy delicious omelette to start a day,a goodness of fresh vegetables and a calcium of cheese made this dish super tasty, enjoy in breakfast. Nutrients value: Vitamin A,B12,D,E and minerals: iodine, phosphorus,Omega-3 ( fatty acids) and protein. Eggs contain antioxidants that are beneficial for the eyes,all vital nutrients in supporting your healthy balance diet. Diet: gluten free, keto diet dairy free( not a dairy product).

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£ break three eggs πŸ₯š, add chopped onions πŸ§…, chopped tomato πŸ…, green capsicum πŸ«‘, red & yellow capsicum chopped, potatoes πŸ₯”, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves 🌿 and beat well. Keep aside

* Step 2

Add saltπŸ§‚, cumin seeds, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, chopped cheese πŸ§€, black pepper powder and mix well, heat oil in a pan, add egg mixture and cook until both sides are golden brown, remove from flame and keep omelette aside.

* Step 3

For buns/ bread slices 🍞- white / brown and cut buns from center and add butter, toast till golden brown, add lettuce leaf, onion rings πŸ§…, add seasoning salt and black pepper powder and serve with omelette. If using bread slices spread butter on slices and toast till golden brown, add lettuce leaf, onion rings and serve with above omelette. Enjoy
