Raw mango chutney 🥭🧄🧅

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean raw mangoes🥭, pat dry them on kitchen towel, wash mint & coriander leaves 🌿☘️and set aside.
* Step 2
Cut ginger into cubes. Peel raw mangoes 🥭, salt some salt and keep for 5 mins, chop raw mangoes 🥭 and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a small mixer and add finely chopped onions 🧅, chopped green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger cubes, coriander & mint leaves, salt, sugar and water 💦, grind into smooth paste and serve.
