Yogurt & Bread vada🌿🍞

# what in your fridge, I found plain yogurt & bread slices laying together, yogurt bread vada is an innovation and twist, quick and delicious version to the original lentil vada.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut bread slices with round cookie cutter and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat griddle and dry roast the rounds, keep aside. Add chilled yogurt in a bowl and whisk until it becomes smooth, now add black salt, salt to taste and mix well.

* Step 3

Arrange toasted bread rounds on a serving dish, drizzle yogurt mixture over it to cover from all sides, now drizzle some tamarind chutney, sprinkle roasted cumin powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, finely chopped green chillies, Chaat masala and finally add finely chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 4

Tip: if using tamarind chutney, don't sprinkle Chaat masala,if tamarind chutney is not available, use Chaat masala.

* Step 5

Lip smacking and yummy πŸ˜‹ yogurt bread vadas are ready and serve immediately.
