Aloo tikki Chaat πŸ…πŸ§…πŸ§„πŸŒ½

A simple and tasty street food, it originated from north India but it is very much popular all over india, mainly prepared from aloo tikki, serve with spices, chutney, yoghurt, chopped onionsπŸ§… and chopped tomates πŸ….

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For aloo tikki: in a large bowl add mashed potatoes πŸ₯”, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, Chaat masala powder, salt, ginger- garlic paste πŸ§„, oil, corn flour 🌽 and combine well.

* Step 2

Grease your βœ‹ hand with little oil and prepare small patties, heat a circular griddle with oil,add Patti's and fry them until golden brown, remove on napkin paper, let it cool down.

* Step 3

For Chaat: whisk yogurt until smooth, keep aside, arrange Pattis in serving dish, spread whisk yogurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney, sprinkle kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, roasted cumin powder.

* Step 4

Top with sev, finely chopped onions πŸ§…, finely chopped Tomato πŸ…, finely chopped green chillies, sprinkle with Chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and finely chopped coriander leaves, finally serve immediately with hot tea or coffee β˜•.
