Raw 🍌 banana chips

Raw bananas are specifically rich in vitamin c and vitamin B6, it's a light meal snack.

Ingredient

black salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For masala : take a bowl and add salt to taste, black salt, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chillies powder, black pepper powder and mix.

* Step 2

Cut raw 🍌 bananas in round thin slices, heat oil fry till golden brown and crisp sprinkle above masala on hot chips mix and serve.

* Step 3

Tip: keep cut slices in the water, they will not turn into black, wiped them with kitchen towels before frying them.

* Step 4

Garnish with chopped corriander leaves, πŸ‹ lemon slices.
