Punjabi tandoori fish

Punjabi tandoori fish traditional made in tandoor in north India, Punjab, but unfortunately I didn't have the facility at home ,so I tried in my oven.it is delicious

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate fish with salt, lemon juice for 15mins.

* Step 2

Take a bowl and add yoghurt, green chillies paste, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, tandoori colour, roasted jeera and coriander powder, kashmiri red chilies powder and oil/ghee and mix it well.

* Step 3

Add marinate fish pieces in above yogurt mixture,for 30mins.

* Step 4

Take baking tray, arrange sliver foli and add fish pieces with gravy and bake in the oven at 150c for 10_15mins, check in between with tooth pick, when fish is ready remove in serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves, lemon slices

* Step 5

Finally add roasted dry fenugreek leaves, serve with Punjabi chip🐟🥔

* Step 6

For Punjabi chip: special masala, take a bowl add salt, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chilies powder, roasted jeera powder, dry mixed herbs mix in well.

* Step 7

Cut potatoes like french fries, fry them, when hot sprinkle Punjabi masala on chip,mix

* Step 8

Serve with Punjabi tandoori fish, enjoy.
