Fish with lemon sauce

I share with you a recipe for salmon al papillote in lemon sauce, I hope you like it.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the fish, we spread butter on the aluminum sheets, put on the fish in the aluminio sheets, season it with salt and pepper to taste, seal it hermetically and bake it for 20' at 180°.

* Step 2

For the sauce, we melt the butter in a pan with EVOO, add the lemon juice, let it cook 2', add the cream and fresh thyme, let it cook 6' and reserve it. After 20 minutes, we remove the fish from the aluminum sheets, plate, pour the lemon sauce to taste, decorate and serve. Enjoy the recipe.
