Zucchini stuffed
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We cut the courgettes lengthwise and remove the meat with the help of a spoon, add a splash of EVOO and place them on a baking tray, bake them for 10' at 200°. We cook the eggs.
* Step 2
We chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them together with the zucchini meat. We chop the boiled eggs and add them to the sauce, add the crumbled tuna cans, stir, cook for 5', add the fried tomato, salt to taste, stir again, let it cook for 10'.
* Step 3
We fill the zucchini, add the grated cheese, put it back in the oven, let it gratin, plate and serve. Enjoy the recipe
