I share a lemon rice recipe with you; I don't want to get into the eternal debate about whether or not to add the lemon since it's a classic recipe and it would attract, on the one hand, rice purists and, on the other hand, it would attract lemon lovers, but I will tell you that It isn't Hindu nor from Murcia, I hope you like it.
