Potato cream

I leave you a potato cream with a grilled egg and a bit of ham, I hope you like it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

We gather the ingredients, cook 2 eggs 6', strain them, chop and set aside. We peel, cut and cook the onions and potatoes 20', dice the ham, york or turkey, heat the milk, pour into a mini-frying pan and in 2 batches the 2 remaining eggs, season them to taste and roast them in the grill. In a pan, we melt the butter, add the milk and reserve everything.

* Step 2

At 20' we strain the potatoes and onions, put them in a blender, add the milk with the butter, EVOO, salt, chopped parsley and the crumbled egg, blend everything, we place the potato cream in the bowls, add an egg to the grill, turkey, ham, york or chopped egg, we decorate it to taste and serve.
