New York Salad
I leave you the salad, I hope you like it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We gather the ingredients, fry the bacon for 2' without EVOO, flour the onion, fry it for 2' minutes without EVOO and cut it to taste, dice the Cheddar cheese, gather the croutons and make the sauce; the New Yorker salad is usually accompanied by 2 tablespoons of EVOO, half a tablespoon of honey, half a tablespoon of vinegar and salt.
* Step 2
We washing and cutting the Canons and escarole, adding all the ingredients in a bowl, pouring the sauce to taste, stirring everything well and finally, we serve. Enjoy the recipe.
