Cuban rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We gather the ingredients, cook the rice with water, EVOO and salt, put the eggs in 2 mini-pans, season them to taste, do to the grill them, bag out them to a plate, cut them in 2 and reserve them.
* Step 2
To make the tomato, we put the tomato in a pan, add EVOO and salt, let it cook for 4', add the sugar, basil and oregano, let it cook for 16' and reserve it.
* Step 3
We strain the rice, plate the recipe to our liking, put the tomato on top of the rice, decorate it to taste and serve. Enjoy the recipe.
