Orange Curd
Lemon Curd is easy to make, so is Orange Curd. You can make Orange Curd in the similar way as Lemon Curd, but you need to add Sugar cautiously because Orange Juice can be quite sweet. I usually don’t add Corn Starch to Lemon Curd, but for Orange Curd, it helps to stabilise the texture.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk Egg and Egg Yolk with Sugar in a saucepan until smooth. Add Orange Juice, finely grated Orange Zest and Corn Starch, whisk well until well combined, then add Butter and whisk over low heat until boils and the mixture thickens.
* Step 2
Transfer to sterilised jars and store in the fridge.
