【准备食材的部分|Preparation Ingredients】 把清理后的苦瓜切块。 Cut the cleaned bitter gourd into pieces.

之后,浸泡10分钟,为了去除苦味。 Afterwards, soak it for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness.

然后,把鱼圆切半。 Then, cut the fish ball in half.

过后,用烧水把干鱿鱼泡开。 After that, soak the dried squid in boiling water.

把鱿鱼片泡至10分钟,之后切条。 Soak again until 10 minutes, then cut into strips.

最后,准备好去皮的蝦子。 Finally, prepare the peeled prawns.

【烹饪部分|Cooking Part】 打开电炉,把锅热一热。 Turn on the electric stove to warm up the pan.

过后,把鱼圆和切好的干鱿鱼倒入锅中。 After that, add in the fish balls and the dried squid.

加入一汤匙的浓缩鸡汤和适量的胡椒粉,一起搅拌。 Add one spoon of concentrated chicken stock and moderate amount of pepper powder, stir it well.

过后, 倒入半锅的清水,煮至沸腾。 Then, pour in half pot of clean water and boil it as well.

之后,放入鲜虾再煮至五分钟放可出锅。 Afterwards, add the prawns and cook for a further five minutes before serving.

最后,出锅前放入一些炸红葱。 Lastly, add some fried red onions before serving.
