1) 首先,把苦瓜切块。 Firstly, cut the bitter gourd into slides. 2) 之后,去除里面的种子。 Remove the seeds. 3) 然后,切成条状。 Then it into strips. 4) 泡直15分钟。 Sink about 15 mins. 5) 红萝卜去皮切块。 Peel and cut slidely the carrot. 6) 把准备好的鸡翅切线。 Cut some liner on the skin of prepared chicken wings.

首先,开启电炉,调到炒煮模式。 Open electric stove and switch to fry mode.

把锅加热一会儿,然后放入一些油。 Let's the pot getting hot a while, then put some oil.

放入以备好的红萝卜和苦瓜块倒入锅一起炒煮。炒直大概 2 到 3 分钟。 Add the prepared carrots and bitter gourd into the pot to fry. Frying about 2-3 mins.

之后,再放入鸡翅一起煮炒。 Then, add the chicken wings into the pot and frying together.
