Aonori & Salt Potato
You bought Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes) to make Okonomiyaki and you have leftover? To use it up, I recommend to make Tempura and add Aonori to the batter. Is it too challenging? Then try this one. Aonori & Salt flavoured Potato Crisps are very popular in Japan. Chips can be seasoned with Aonori & Salt, too. This is a super easy way to use Aonori.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make Potato Chips. Today I used Frozen Potato Chips and baked in the oven at 230℃ for 20 minutes. Cook Frozen Potato Chips according to the instruction.
*Note: Naturally you can fry Potato sticks in the oil.
* Step 2
Season with Fine Salt and Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes). Enjoy while Chips are hot.
