Grilled Shiitake & Cheese
Grilled Flat Mushrooms & Cheese is a popular dish. I cooked Shiitake in the same way with Soy Sauce. Using my mini toaster oven, it took less than 10 minutes to cook. This dish is seriously delicious!

1 to 2 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine Soy Sauce and Sake (Rice Wine) in a small bowl. *Note: You make 1 teaspoon sauce mixture and this will be enough for 6 Shiitake.
* Step 2
Line a baking tray with a sheet of foil and apply a small amount of Oil. Arrange Shiitake pieces on the foil, drizzle a small amount of the sauce mixture on each Shiitake. Cover with some grated Cheese.
* Step 3
Grill for 5-6 minutes or until Shiitake are cooked and cheese is slightly browned. I used a mini toaster oven.
* Step 4
Sprinkle with some Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy.
