Red Cabbage & Corn Slaw

Red Cabbage is very crunchy. For this salad, I slightly soften it first. You can use your favourite Coleslaw dressing, but it shouldn’t be too sweet, as Sweet Corn adds lovely sweet flavour to it.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

Salt

1/2 tablespoon

Sugar

4 tablespoons

Japanese Mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place thinly sliced Red Cabbage and Carrot in a mixing bowl. Add Salt, mix well, then set aside for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Add all other ingredients and mix to combine well.
