My Chai

I like coffee, and I like unsweetened strong coffee. But, when I am unwell, I want to drink sweet tea. Yesterday, I made this ‘Chai’ for my son who was unwell. He never ever enjoyed any types of tea before, but it seemed he enjoyed my Chai.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 servings
2 cups

Water

3 teaspoons

Black Tea Leaves

1 cup

Milk

2 tablespoons

Condensed Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place Water, Black Tea Leaves, Cardamom Pods, Cloves and Cinnamon Stick in a saucepan, and bring to the boil. Simmer until aromatic and dark brown.

* Step 2

Add Milk and Condensed Milk, and stir. Strain into mugs and enjoy.
