Soft Matcha Chocolate
Dark chocolate or white chocolate, the ganache is easy to make. You just mix the right amount of ingredients. Adding some Matcha Powder to the white chocolate ganache makes this delicious dessert. You only need 3 ingredients. No chocolate dessert can be easier than this!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place Cream and Matcha Powder in a heat-proof bowl, mix well using a whisk.
* Step 2
Add chopped White Chocolate OR White Chocolate Buttons and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir with the whisk until smooth. Heat extra time if required.
* Step 3
Line a small container with plastic wrap, pour the mixture and cool in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours until set.
* Step 4
Cut into bite-sized pieces. Dust with Matcha Powder.
