Tofu & Tomato Stir-fry

Tofu & Tomato Stir-fry

This is a recipe for not-so-great tomatoes. Of course it would be delicious using sweet ripe tomatoes. But we sometimes buy fairly good looking tomatoes on special and later find out they are not really great, don’t we? Then try this recipe!

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 to 4 servings
1 tablespoon

Oil

2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut Tomatoes into wedges, Tofu into 2 to 3cm pieces.

* Step 2

Heat Oil in a frying pan, cook Garlic and Tomatoes.

* Step 3

When Tomatoes started softening and juice is coming out, add Tofu and Soy Sauce. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened and combined well. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
