Prego steak rolls
Ingredient
Cooking time :
20 minutes cooking time but 2 hours marinading
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper, 1 Tablespoon paprika and crush 3 cloves of garlic. Sauté in 15ml olive oil until onions are translucent.
* Step 2
Add half a cup of red wine and continue to cook until alcohol evaporates.
* Step 3
Allow to cool in a bowl and add steak strips seasoned with salt and pepper and leave in the fridge to marinade for 2 hours.
* Step 4
Cook steak until medium rare (about 2 minutes per side) and top with marinade mixture
* Step 5
Serve on a crusty roll, with a side salad (and chips if you’re not on a diet!)
