Tomato chutney
A delicious side dish, served on top of butternut mash and grilled aubergine
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 30ml oil, 1 Tbs coriander seeds and 1 Tbs cumin flakes together for about 5 minutes
* Step 2
Cook 1 diced onion until translucent
* Step 3
Add 400g diced tomatoes, half a chilli, 30ml white wine vinegar and 1 Tbs sugar and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
