Speedy Spiced Flatbreads
Needed a flatbread to go with our meze style lunch (no time for proving) so threw these together and they were fab! #mysterybox
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the flour, spices and yoghurt together to form a dough. Add more yoghurt if necessary.
* Step 2
Place in a small bowl and cover.
* Step 3
Rest for 30 mins if possible.
* Step 4
Heat a large flat frying pan, preferably non-stick, to hot.
* Step 5
Divide the dough into 4. Knead each pieces lightly to foem a ball
* Step 6
Roll out to the thickness of a 50p.
* Step 7
Dry fry each bread, approx 1 min each side flip over once the first side starts browning. Then flip again, they should puff up once flipped over the second time.
* Step 8
Serve or cool, wrap and store. Reheat on the hot dry fry pan for a few seconds each side.
