‘Fridge raid “Mother Hubbard” style Tortilla stack #baking #fridgeforager
Went to get some lunch...virtually empty fridge...invention time!
You can use anything you fancy (or have to hand) to make a stacked tortilla 😀 #baking
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a baking tray with foil, leave enough overlapping to cover the stack once made.
* Step 3
Spread one tortilla with red pesto. Add half other ingredients, apart from the Parmesan, scattered over evenly like a pizza.
* Step 4
Place another tortilla on top, spread with red pesto and remaining ingredients. Too with last tortilla.
* Step 5
Butter the top tortilla and cover with foil.
* Step 6
Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until beginning to brown lightly on the edges.
* Step 7
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan. Grill on high heat until browned and bubbling. Serve.
