Vegan Gherkin and Pineapple pizza 🥒 🌱
Apparently gherkins on pizza are the latest food trend! I don’t actually know why it has taken so long for this to be a thing 🥒😋😂 I added pineapple, a few pickled chillies and it didn’t have any cheese - for a little extra controversy 🙊 It proved to be a rather tasty working lunch 🙌

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and top with the tomato base.
* Step 2
Tip with vegetable, pineapple and pickle toppings of your choice. Top with Italian herbs and a little vegan Parmesan (if using) and bake in a hot oven until crispy.
* Step 3
Drizzle with chilli or garlic oil to serve.
