Salt and Vinegar Kale Crisps ๐ŸŒฑ ๐Ÿฅฌ

Kale is delicious at this time of year and make crisps/chips are deliciously addictive. My top tip is to use as little oil as possible, but to give your kale a massage ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅฐ I use a spray rapeseed oil which works well. This will help to get the perfect crisp without making them too oily. I topped these with seasalt, brown rice vinegar and a little seaweed and furikake ๐Ÿ˜‹ My other favourite toppings include sesame oil and ponzu, chilli and garlic and miso and sesame seeds or grated apple. #mycookbook #wonkyautumn

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and fry the kale and remove from stem. Tear into crisps and place on a baking tray. Sprinkle a few drops of olive oil into the green leaves and massage well.

Bake at 220c until the leaves are crispy. They turn quickly and become bitter if you overcook them and so need watching carefully!

Sprinkle with your toppings of choice and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹
