Edamame bean and wild garlic pasta

This is my #cookpadcookeryschool homework for this week 😋 A very simple pasta dish cooked with wild garlic (probably my favourite vegetable!) I just add the wild garlic as I would spinach and wilt it with a little olive oil. You can blitz it into a pesto if you prefer.

Ingredient

2 cups

wild garlic

Half

a lemon

3 tablespoons

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil a pan of water, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes.

* Step 2

Drain the pasta. Add the wild garlic and a little olive oil to the pan and cook on a low heat until the garlic has wilted. Squeeze with lemon and season to taste.
