C’kn and mushroom pie 🌱
Sunday dinner is my favourite meal, a family time that we all enjoy. I tend to cook a veggie alternative but with all the trimmings that go with a roast - roast potatoes, bread sauce, apple sauce, horseradish, gravy, green veg and sage and onion stuffing 😋This veggie chicken and mushroom pie goes well but you cold serve with veg and mash. You can make it in advance and just pop it in the oven for 20 minutes when you get home from a long walk on a chilly morning.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the onions, mushrooms and sage and fry in a little oil. Add the vegan chicken pieces and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add the butter and flour and oat milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
* Step 3
Transfer the mixture to oven proof pie dishes. Cut a round from the pastry and cover, pressing down the edges. Make a small hole in the top of the pie to allow the air to escape. Bake for around 20 minutes at 220c or until the pastry puffs.
* Step 4
Enjoy with potatoes and veg and Sunday dinner trimmings
