Bagel Sandwich

Creamy mayonnaise, homemade pesto, Emmentaler cheese, fresh veggies and egg piled high on an everything bagel. This easy, delicious breakfast sandwich comes together in minutes!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl break the eggs, add salt and seasoning and mix it together.

* Step 2

Heat a pan and drizzle oil, add the eggs and cook them till done. Fold the cooked egg in 3 folds to make it rectangular and cut them in 2 square pieces.

* Step 3

Toast your everything bagel.

* Step 4

Assemble your sandwich. spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice, layer iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato slices, egg, Emmentaler cheese, cucumber slices and spread basil pesto on the top slice of the bagel.
