Healthy slaw with seasonal kale
I have a similar recipe but added kale this time as there is a lot in season at the grocer. Look at the colours 😍
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate the carrots, red cabbage and fennel.
* Step 2
Finely chop the kale (remove any stalks)
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste
* Step 4
Serve with slow cooked pork or any bbq recipe
