Sardines on Toast

Eating healthy food does not always mean boring, bland and tasteless food. This is my healthy take on the classic ‘sardines on toast’ sardines are my favourite! This quick and easy lunch or snack is fantastic as it is Combined with some great healthy fats, omega 3 and packs a punch for energy! Best of all it is delicious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

2 minutes
2 tablespoons

cottage cheese

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spread each cracker bread, one with avocado and the other with cottage cheese.

* Step 2

Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Top with the sardines and drizzle with olive oil. Serve as is for a great healthy lunch or snack!
