Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and mavrodaphne wine

A dish that is clearly Mediterranen, original, that carries the sweet taste of Mavrodaphne (Mavrodaphne or Mavrodafni is a sweet fortified wine that is produced mostly in the area of Patras in Greece)...

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings
1 clove

garlic

150-200 g

feta cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, the onion and the garlic.

* Step 2

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and mix it with the finely chopped spearmint.

* Step 3

Pour a little olive oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic and the onion and add the sun-dried tomatoes.

* Step 4

Season with salt and pepper then stir in the wine. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Boil the pasta, strain it, pour the sauce on top with the feta cheese and the spearmint, mix well and serve.
