Pork chops with potatoes in a casserole dish

Tasty and spicy pork chops that melt in your mouth. A perfect dish for a Sunday meal and not only.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all the ingredients except the lemon, the kefalotyri and the mustard in the casserole dish, preferably a terracotta one and mix.

* Step 2

Cover with the lid and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 1 hour.

* Step 3

Then mix the mustard in the lemon juice and pour it over the food, add the kefalotyri, put the lid back on and bake for an additional half hour.

* Step 4

Turn off the heat and without opening the oven leave the casserole dish there for half an hour.

* Step 5

Your food is ready to serve.
