One pot lemony lamb with potatoes

A different recipe for lamb.

Ingredient

1 cup

olive oil

1-2

onions

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil in the pot, add the onion, finely chopped and cook until tender.

* Step 2

Brown the meat well on both sides.

* Step 3

Add water and let it simmer over low heat. Repeat the process until the meat is cooked to your liking.

* Step 4

About 20 or 30 minutes before you turn off the heat, add the potatoes, salt, pepper and the bay leaf.

* Step 5

Just a little before you turn off the heat, add the juice of the three lemons and after stirring to incorporate, add the tbsp of flour.

* Step 6

Allow it to boil for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens and then it is ready. Bon Appétit!
