Beetroot spoon sweet
A spoon sweet that combines many flavors and has an amazing color. Don't be afraid to try it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place all the ingredients except the beetroot in a pot. When they dissolve add the beetroot towards the end so that it stays crunchy.
* Step 2
Boil the spoon sweet over moderate heat until it starts to thicken.
* Step 3
Remove from heat and take the lemon, the cinnamon, the leaves and the ginger out off the pot.
* Step 4
Allow it to cool and then store in sterilized jars.
