Mini rolls

Extremely delicious rolls, especially if you love bread as much as I do. I make them in the afternoon and as soon as they come out of the oven I spread butter on them... Amazingly tasty...

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 rolls
50 g

butter

250 ml

milk

430 g

flour

1 tsp

salt

1

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour the melted butter in a bowl together with the tepid milk and crush the yeast into the mix to dissolve it.

* Step 2

Sift the flour with the salt into the bowl and knead until you have a smooth dough.

* Step 3

Cover the dough and set it aside until it doubles in volume.

* Step 4

Knead it once more well and divide it into small pieces which you set aside at room temperature for 15'.

* Step 5

Place your rolls on a baking sheet, brush them with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

* Step 6

Place the baking sheet on the middle rack in a preheated oven to 225°C for 20'.

* Step 7

Place a small baking tray with water at the bottom of the oven while the rolls are baking.
