Sole fillet plaki
An amazing recipe for sole fillet plaki (in the oven with vegetables)!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add the onions and the garlic with the salt and pepper and sauté until they get nicely golden brown. Then add the grated tomato and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
* Step 2
Place the potatoes in a baking tray cut into pieces and pour the contents of the frying pan over them. Finally add the sole fillets that you have already defrosted and slightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Make sure that the fish is almost covered with the onions.
* Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about one hour.
