A recipe for homemade ice cream and noone will realise that you made it yourself. It is quite easy to make.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat the whipped cream powder with 3 cups of milk in a stand mixer starting with 1 and gradually building up the speed to 3, for about 10'. Place the bowl in the fridge for 30'.

* Step 2

Then, remove it from the fridge and add the sweetened condensed milk. Fill the empty can of the sweetened condensed milk, with milk and add that too. Use a slow mixing speed for 10'.

* Step 3

Place in the fridge for an additional 10'. Then take it out and add any other ingredients that you want (syrup, nuts, pieces of chocolate, biscuits, fruit, etcc.)

* Step 4

Place it in the freezer and serve on the next day.
