Mini cheese pies with feta cheese

These tyropitakia (mini cheese pies) are just perfect!!! This is a great recipe to make, just try it!!

Ingredient

Food ration :

about 20 mini cheese pies
1

egg

1/2 cup

yogurt

1/2 cup

seed oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all the dough ingredients in the bowl of the stand mixer and using dough hook prepare a soft and fluffy dough. Add the water in the end to see how much the dough will need.

* Step 2

Prepare the filling.

* Step 3

Cut the dough into 6 pieces of the same size.

* Step 4

Roll out each piece of dough into a round filo sheet. Cut out 8 pieces of the filo sheet that you have rolled out to make 8 mini cheese pies like a croissant.

* Step 5

Place one tsp of the filling into each piece of the filo sheet and fold it.

* Step 6

When you finish filling the mini cheese pies, brush them with a little egg that you have already beaten, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
