Pickled samphire

This is even better than caper!! Those of you who live near a beach or a water body, should know that. Rock or marsh samphire or sea fennel can be pickled and adds more taste to salads and snacks, during both winter or summertime. Preparation20 minutes and 1 month of waiting  Cooking10 minutes  Total30 minutes and 1 month of waiting

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 jar of 1 l
1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place plenty of water in a pot as well as half the cup of salt and bring to the boil. Add the samphire, leave it for 10 -15 seconds and then strain it.

* Step 2

Pat the samphire dry using towels or kitchen paper and then place it in a jar. Mix the 3 tbsp of salt with one cup of water and add it to the jar with the samphire. Fill with vinegar and seal the jar.

* Step 3

Store in a cool place. It is ready after a month.
