Pork tenderloin with apples

This is a recipe rich in taste and low in calories.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil and lightly sauté the pork tenderloin together with the onion.

* Step 2

When it has browned stir in the brandy or rum. Then add 2 cups of hot water where you have dissolved the vegetable stock cube, a little salt and pepper and let the meat cook over low heat.

* Step 3

A little before the end (about 5 minutes) add the apples.

* Step 4

Finally, dissolve the corn starch in a little cold water, add it to the food and let it boil for an additional 5 minutes stirring carefully so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.
