A recipe by Costas Alexiadis, chef at "Pentelikon". An amazing recipe, we cleared everything... something extraordinary and ideal for the holidays.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 portions
1 bottle

Mavrodafni

3 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all the ingredients together with the duck and set them aside for 24 hours for the duck to marinate.

* Step 2

Remove the meat, place it in a small baking tray and bake at 180°C for an hour turning the meat around from time to time.

* Step 3

Then add the ingredients for the marinade together with the wine and continue baking for another hour turning the meat around from time to time.

* Step 4

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes or even plain. It is perfect.
